This course covers the identification and management of animal pests of stored agricultural and food products. The course material covers describing the symptoms of infestation, providing information on the biological characteristics and natural enemies of insect pests and appropriate ways to deal with them. The course aims to help students understand the severity of infestations in stored foods and the potential provided by each of the individual control methods offered.
